Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Returns are always free! We cover 100% of return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
• Store Responsibility: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 4 business days.
