21 CFR User ID & Security Management (CM Series)

The CM Series is designed for 21 CFR compliance, requiring strict user management. Access is controlled via the "User ID Management" icon on the main menu.
User Management Procedure:
1. Administrator Login: You must be logged in as an "Administrator" or "IT Admin" to add or modify users.
2. Adding a User: Click the [Add] icon. Enter a unique User Name, assign a User Type (Administrator, IT Admin, User, or Master), and set a secure password.
3. User Status: You can enable or disable user accounts to maintain security access.
4. Backup & Restore: Use the [Backup] and [Restore] icons to safeguard your user database (stored as encrypted .aczd files).
Warning: Never share Master Login credentials. The Master Login is strictly for factory parameters and should only be operated by a trained manufacturer or service engineer.
