Abbe Refractometer Calibration & Maintenance

1. Calibration (Distilled Water): Apply a drop of distilled water to the prism. At 20°C, the reading should be exactly 1.3330 (nD). Use the calibration screw if adjustment is needed.
2. Maintenance: After every use, clean the prism surface with a soft, non-abrasive tissue and ethanol or distilled water. Do not scratch the prism surface.
