ERROR 01
Initialization Failure Error
ERROR 01 occurs when the indicator cannot complete its startup initialization sequence.
Possible Causes:
• Weight present on platform during startup
• Unstable platform
• Load cell signal fluctuation
• Load cell wiring issue
• Internal indicator fault
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Remove all weight from the platform.
2. Switch OFF the indicator.
3. Verify the platform moves freely.
4. Check load cell wiring connections.
5. Restart the indicator.
6. Verify the display returns to normal operation.
If ERROR 01 continues, inspect the load cell and indicator electronics.
