When labels are not ejecting properly or the label roll size has been changed, you must recalibrate the printer to ensure the barcode and text align properly[cite: 10].
Label Calibration Procedure:
1. Load the label roll and ensure the liner passes securely through the Label Gap Sensor, between the Platen and Head, and into the re-winder slit[cite: 10].
2. Navigate to: Menu > Label Settings > Calibrate Label[cite: 10].
3. Press the [Start] key[cite: 10].
4. The machine will feed a maximum of 3 labels or a minimum of 2 labels without printing to measure the gap spacing[cite: 10]. (Note: Peel-off sensing is temporarily disabled during this process)[cite: 10].
5. The display will show "Calibrating Label... PASS" when calibration is successful[cite: 10].
