The Essae DC-810 is designed to eliminate manual data entry in industrial, pharmaceutical, and logistics environments by combining a high-precision counting scale with an 80 mm/sec thermal label printer.

- Processor: 32-bit ARM Processor for fast PLU (Price/Product Look-Up) retrieval.
- Display: High-contrast Graphic Dot-matrix LCD with a bright green backlight.
- Keyboard: 55-key mechanical alphanumeric keyboard for quick manual data entry.
- Interfaces: 1 x RS-232 Serial, 1 x Ethernet, and 2 x USB ports (supports an external PC keyboard or barcode scanner).

Integrated Label Printing:
The built-in thermal printer supports a maximum label roll outer diameter of 120mm and prints at a speed of 80 mm/sec. It supports major barcode formats including CODE128, EAN13, and 2D QR Codes.

Data Management & PLU Integration:
Using the Ethernet or USB interface alongside Essae's PC application tool, factory managers can upload and download PLU data directly from a computer. This allows every printed label to automatically include crucial traceability data such as part numbers, batch descriptions, gross/net weights, and exact piece quantities without secondary manual entry.
