How to Use Textile Factored Weighing on Essae AX Balances (Yarn, Hang, Sliver, Roving)

The Essae AX Series includes four pre-programmed conversion factors specifically designed for textile and garment industry applications.

Available Textile Conversion Factors:
- Yarn = 64.8 / g
- Hang = 2.7 / g
- Sliver = 3.24 / g
- Roving = 8.1 / g

How to Operate Textile Mode:
1. By default, this application is disabled from the factory. If you cannot access it, contact your authorized Essae service representative or upgrade your equipment via UP Scales to have it enabled.
2. Once enabled, use the [←] (Digit Select) key to easily switch between the standard Gram measurement and your chosen secondary textile units.
3. The white LED display features specific visual indicators for these modes. A blinking "Roving" light or a blinking "Sliver/Hang" light at the bottom of the screen confirms the unit conversion is actively applied to the current load.
