A&D JM Series Calibration Procedure

The A&D JM Series digital scale supports simple calibration using a specified test weight to maintain weighing accuracy.

Procedure
1.) Remove all items from the weighing platform.
2.) Turn the scale OFF.
3.) Press and hold the lb/kg key while turning the scale ON.
4.) Release the key when the display shows "CAL0".
5.) Press the ZERO key.
6.) Press the lb/kg key.
7.) The display will show "CAL1" and request the calibration weight.
8.) Place the specified calibration weight on the platform.
9.) Wait approximately three seconds.
10.) Press the lb/kg key to save the calibration value.
11.) Wait until the display shows "End".
12.) Turn the scale OFF and restart normally.

Calibration Test Weight
1.) JM-150 : 50 lb
2.) JM-400 : 200 lb

Perform calibration whenever weighing accuracy is questionable or after maintenance.
