A&D GX Series External Calibration Guide

External calibration uses certified weights to verify and adjust GX Series balance accuracy.

Procedure
1.) Warm up balance for 30 minutes.
2.) Remove all objects.
3.) Hold CAL until external calibration starts.
4.) Select required calibration weight.
5.) Place certified weight on pan.
6.) Wait until measurement completes.
7.) Remove weight.
8.) Confirm END appears.

Best Practices
1.) Use Class E2 or F1 weights.
2.) Avoid vibration.
3.) Close draft shield.
4.) Perform at room temperature.
