A&D GR Series Calibration Test Using Internal Weight
The calibration test using the internal weight verifies weighing accuracy without changing calibration values.

Procedure

Step 1

Warm up the balance for at least one hour.

Step 2

Ensure the weighing pan is empty.

Step 3

Press and hold the CAL key until calibration test mode appears.

Step 4

Allow the balance to measure the zero point.

Step 5

The internal weight is automatically measured.

Step 6

Wait until END is displayed.

Step 7

Review the test result and return to weighing mode.

Perform this test regularly to verify balance performance.
