A&D AD-4212A/B Zero Calibration Guide
Zero calibration establishes an accurate reference point before span calibration.

Procedure

1. Warm up the balance.

2. Empty the weighing pan.

3. Hold the CAL key until CAL 0 appears.

4. Press PRINT.

5. Wait until zero calibration completes.

6. Verify stable zero indication.

If zero cannot be established:

• Clean the weighing pan.

• Check leveling feet.

• Remove vibration sources.

• Restart the balance.

Successful zero calibration improves weighing accuracy and repeatability.
