The "Und Flo" code triggers when the system detects an internal measurement baseline that falls significantly below the calibrated factory zero tracking limit.
Root Causes:
- The upper stainless steel weighing platter has been removed or is improperly seated.
- Debris or materials have wedged underneath the core support column, forcing it upward.
Corrective Diagnostics & Countermeasures:
1. Ensure the platter assembly is present and placed perfectly centered onto its structural support slots.
2. Thoroughly check beneath the weighing pan area to confirm no foreign objects are causing upward tension on the column.
3. Once properly assembled, tap the [REZERO] button on the mechanical tact keyboard to re-index the zero value point.
