The "Disp Resolution Err" triggers during the power-on self-check sequence if the basic capacity divided by the basic accuracy exceeds 15,000 divisions.
How to Fix:
This is a configuration issue, not a broken load cell. A technician must enter the Scale Menu and adjust the Basic Weight and Accuracy parameters so the total division ratio remains at or below 15,000.
