How to Program Set Points on Essae DS-450 & DS-451

Set Point Programming
⚙️ Model Compatibility: Essae DS-450, DS-450SS, DS-451, and DS-451 Flame Proof[cite: 6].

These scales support up to 5 TTL outputs or 2 potential-free relay contacts for automation[cite: 6]. To program the Set Points for these outputs:

1. Ensure the scale is in normal weighing mode showing 0.000[cite: 6].
2. Depress the [REZERO] key and press the [↑] (Digit Increment) key three times in sequence[cite: 6].
3. The display will toggle between the message "SetPt-1" and the current programmed value[cite: 6].
4. Use the [←] (Digit Select) and [↑] (Digit Increment) keys to enter your required target value[cite: 6].
5. Press the [*] (Star) key to store the value entered and advance to the next set point (e.g., SetPt-2)[cite: 6].
6. Repeat the entry process up to SetPt 5[cite: 6].
7. Press the [T] (Tare) key to exit the Set Point function and return to weighing mode[cite: 6].
