Action Required:
1. Connect the scale to a 230V AC mains outlet using the original Essae power adapter.
2. Leave the scale on charge for at least 8-10 hours.
3. If the scale does not hold a charge after a full cycle, the internal battery has reached its end-of-life and requires replacement.
