The "UndEr" error or a row of negative dashes indicates that the scale is reading a weight significantly below its initial calibrated zero point.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Ensure the stainless steel platter is actually placed on the scale. Operating the scale without the top platter will trigger this error.
2. Check beneath the platter to ensure no debris or packing material is pushing upward against the spider cross bracket.
3. Press the [REZERO] key to establish a new zero point. If the error refuses to clear, the load cell wiring may be damaged.
