Unit Wt < 0.01% of Accuracy! - Piece Weight Too Light
⚙️ Model Compatibility: Essae DC-810 & DC-815 Counting Scales.
When sampling parts to find the unit weight, the "Unit Wt < 0.01% of Accuracy!" error occurs. This means the individual piece you are trying to count is physically too light for the specific load cell capacity of your current DC-810 configuration.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Increase your sample size. Instead of sampling 10 pieces, press the [PCS] key and manually enter a larger sample batch (e.g., 50 or 100 pieces) so the scale can register a stable baseline weight.
2. Check your "Unit Weight Average" setting under Menu > Counting Settings. Ensure it is set between 16 and 64 for maximum precision.
Sales & Metrology Note:
If you frequently need to count extremely lightweight components (like tiny electronic resistors or micro-screws), your current scale does not have a fine enough resolution. You need a dedicated High-Resolution Counting Scale or a Dual-Platform setup. Connect with UP Scales on WhatsApp to find the exact high-precision scale required for your micro-components!
