Under flow - Platter Disconnected or Obstructed

The "Under flow" error triggers when the scale registers a baseline weight significantly lower than its calibrated zero point.
Immediate Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Ensure that the stainless steel or mild steel platter is firmly and correctly fixed onto the scale.
2. Check beneath the platform to remove any foreign material or debris that may be touching the platform and pushing it upward.
3. Check the load cell cable connection to ensure it has not been discarded or pinched.
If the error persists after clearing the platter and checking connections, the load cell sensor may be malfunctioning. Reach out to the UP Scales service team for repair parts or a machine upgrade.
