Weight Overflow

Weight Overflow - Capacity Exceeded on DC-810

Weight Overflow
⚙️ Model Compatibility: Essae DC-810 and DC-815 Counting Scales.

The "Weight Overflow" (or simply "Overflow" in check weighing mode) message indicates that the load placed on the platter exceeds the machine's maximum rated capacity plus 9 divisions (Capacity + 9d).

Immediate Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Immediately remove the heavy load from the platter to prevent permanent strain on the aluminum load cell.
2. Power cycle the scale using the ON/OFF rocker switch.

Hardware Diagnostics:
If the scale displays "Weight Overflow" continuously when the platter is completely empty, the internal load cell or the Analog-to-Digital (ADC) conversion circuitry has sustained permanent mechanical shock damage.

Sales & Upgrade Note:
Industrial environments are tough on precision counting scales. If your load cell is permanently damaged, repairing a heavily used DC-810 might result in recurring downtime.
