No Stable Indication

Missing Stable Indicator / Fluctuating and Floating Weight Readings

No Stable Indication
⚙️ Model Compatibility: Essae AX Series Precision Balances.

When the "Stable" lamp (the small circle/indicator on the lower left of the LED display panel) fails to illuminate, or the values continue to drift constantly, the balance is struggling to isolate its high-resolution sensor from environment factors.

Root Causes:
- The instrument is resting on an unanchored or vibrating workspace table.
- Severe air drafts or air conditioning crosswinds passing across the open draft shield glass doors.

Corrective Diagnostics & Countermeasures:
1. Relocate the balance onto a heavy, completely solid anti-vibration lab bench surface.
2. Close all sliding side and top doors of the protective glass draft shield completely during measurement cycles.
3. Enter the customer programming options and increase your digital filter dampening values by setting parameter "C19 LSD" to 3 (High) or 4 (Very High).
