Underload / Missing Pan Error
Model Compatibility: A&D Analytical and Precision Balances (GF, GX, HR, FX series)
Solution:
The load on the sensor is too light, falling below the zero point range.
1.) Action: Ensure the weighing pan and pan support are properly installed on the balance.
2.) Action: Press the [RE-ZERO] or [TARE] key to attempt to reset the zero point.
3.) Check: Ensure the balance is not tilted and that nothing is lifting the pan upward from underneath the scale.
