EC ERROR

EC ERROR indicates that the balance has detected an abnormal condition within its electronic circuitry.
Possible Causes
• Power interruption
• Internal PCB fault
• Voltage instability

Troubleshooting
1. Switch OFF the balance.
2. Disconnect power for one minute.
3. Restart the balance.
4. Perform internal calibration.
5. Verify stable power supply.
