OVERLOAD appears when the applied weight exceeds the maximum capacity.

Possible Causes

• Heavy object on pan

• Mechanical obstruction

• Sensor overload

Solution

1. Remove the object immediately.

2. Inspect the weighing pan.

3. Restart the balance.

4. Verify normal zero indication.

Avoid repeated overload conditions to protect the load cell.
